In 2019, CoM office will organise very interesting webinars to help cities increase their resilience. The purpose of the webinars is to provide practical information to local authorities tailored to both cities which are in the early adaptation planning stages and to cities which are advanced and already implementing adaptation actions. European Commission's Joint Research Centre has just been released a new guidebook on "How to develop a Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP)" .
