The City of Sveta Nedelja and the North-West Croatia Regional Energy Agency have continued their successful cooperation on energy and climate planning. After the development of the Cities SECAP, we are jointly working together on its full integration into the spatial and zoning plans of Sveta Nedelja. This process is an example of holistic urban planning which incorporates all key activities on the local level and focuses on local sustainable development. This is an important step in the overall decarbonisation process within the city and a lighthouse example of how the energy transition needs to be implemented locally.
